Raised in Switzerland, at the foot of the beautiful Engadin Alps, Stefan Trepp became an apprentice at 16 and soon went on to pursue a full-time professional career in the culinary field. Working at some of the finest hotels in his native Switzerland, as well as in Dubai, Palm Springs, Bangkok and Abu Dhabi, Stefan’s superb taste and exceptional skills allowed him to rise quickly through the ranks. He received his first executive chef appointment in 2012 and, in 2015, he was named “Swiss Star Abroad” by the prestigious Gault & Millau restaurant guide. Inquisitive and relentlessly innovative, Stefan is always looking out for the next trend and stays connected through his personal network of leading professionals around the globe.
