The descendent of an illustrious family in Tasmania, with Scottish and Polish Blood where his great-great-grandfather on the Scottish side of the family was the baker to the first governor of Tasmania known as Van Diemen`s Land, Adam Rozmaryniewicz has fine cuisine in his blood. After formal training in cooking, he spent many years absorbing the aromas and flavors of cuisines around the world, working in exclusive restaurants in Australia, China, Hong Kong, and other international locales. Recruited to head the Zaabeel Palace kitchens in 2010, Adam is now responsible for catering not only to the royal family, but to top officials and international dignitaries as well. In his current role, he is also a flag-bearer for Emirati cuisine and looks forward to helping bring local dishes to five-star hotels throughout the UAE.
