As a child, Italian-born Emiliano Bernasconi thought he wanted to be a football player. However, it wasn’t long before he discovered his true passion, a calling he has pursued for 25 years at some of the world’s most elegant establishments, including The Four Seasons and Armani Hotels in Dubai and Milan. A specialist in Italian, Asian, Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, Emiliano excels in his current position with Jas Hospitality, where he oversees several exceptional brands, including the trendy new fusion- Arabic with a twist restaurant Qbara, as well as the popular casual-dining establishment Fümé.
