Born in the United States, Ron Pietruszka is a multiple award-winning chef who received his training at Duma Pere l'Ecole de la Cuisine Française, the University of Michigan, and Cornell University. Since 1989, he has served as sous chef and chef de cuisine at some of the world’s finest restaurants, including Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons venues in the U.S., Singapore, Thailand, China and Japan. In 2010, he helped inaugurate The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Center, where he continues to serve as its acclaimed executive chef. Ron represented the United States in the Bocuse d'Or and his tenure at the Ritz Carlton Osaka awarded his French and Chinese restaurants each with a Michelin star.
