Born into a distinguished family of hoteliers in Germany, Rudolf Segers’ path was clear from an early age. After attending Berufsbildende Schulen Meppen and training at Hotel “Am Wasserfall” in Lingen, Germany, Rudolf served as executive chef, executive sous chef and chef de cuisine at some of the finest kitchens in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Nominated as “Executive Chef of the Year” in 2015, Rudolf is dedicated to creating “authentic experiences” for guests and, ever enthusiastic, believes that 'the culinary spirit will never stop.'
