American master chef Ryan Jette has worked at many of the world’s leading five-star establishments, including the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, The Sentosa Resort and Spa, and the three-star Michelin restaurant The French Laundry in Napa, California. As chef de partie at the renowned eatery in California’s most famous wine region, Ryan dazzled diners with innovative nine-course tasting menus and perfect food and wine pairings. Appointed as executive sous chef at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in 2014, he was quickly promoted to executive chef, in which role he continues to delight diners with his exceptional culinary knowledge and skills.
