Peter has worked for global brands such as Fairmont, Hilton, IHG, Emirates Airlines Hotels & Resorts, Starwood, Marriott, and even 2* Michelin chef Fabrice Canelle at his award-winning fine-dining restaurant, Sardinia, in Abu Dhabi. His experience, knowledge, and relentless creativity has rewarded him to become the head chef of one of the most unique and sought-out properties in Dubai, Al Maha A Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa. Serving as Head Chef for over the last eight years, Peter has contributed to the hotel’s famed reputation for being one of the best romantic resorts in the world with a fantastic repertoire of authentic cuisines.
